Cindy is currently employed as Executive Vice President at The Modellers where she works directly with clients to address their business decisions, provides training for analysts and client service teams, and helps influence the strategic direction of the company. She worked for nearly eight years at Decision Analyst, a marketing research company based in Arlington, Texas, where she built and developed a statistics and analytics group and was promoted to Senior Vice President. Prior to her position at Decision Analyst, she was employed as Director of Research for Service Strategies, a Dallas-based company that focused on customer and employee satisfaction. Cindy also worked as Director of the Center for Statistical Consulting and Research at Southern Methodist University where her responsibilities included providing consulting services to clients, teaching statistical consulting to graduate students, and teaching undergraduate statistics courses. She has two decades of management and statistical consulting experience solving demanding and complex problems in marketing research, operations research and clinical research projects. Cindy has also been retained as an expert statistical witness for or before such groups as the USDA, FDA, EEOC, Department of Energy, FDIC and various law firms. She has served on the Program Committee for the AMA’s Advanced Research Techniques Forum numerous times and is the 2010 Program Committee Chair. When time permits she enjoys preparing gourmet meals and attending performing arts productions—particularly ones her children are part of. She also enjoys Friday night high school football games, remodeling her 50-year-old home, and spending time at her family farm. |
