Steve is an SVP in Client Service at the Modellers and has over 20 years of marketing, business development, market research and consumer insight experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry. Steve brings to The Modellers an ability to help clients leverage consumer insights to answer their burning issues and important business problems. He has spent his last seven years working on key business issues utilizing advanced analytics, consumer panel data and point of sale information for many of the top consumer brands in the United States. Steve joins The Modellers from Information Resources Inc., where he served as the Senior Vice President of Client Services. He worked with over 60 Consumer Packaged Goods companies in the Western and Central U.S. and helped them grow their business by understanding key consumer dynamics through segmentation and analysis of consumer panel data and by advanced analytic projects such as price and promotion analysis along with marketing mix analysis and consumer decision trees. Steve also has extensive marketing and trade marketing experience, spending 10 years at ConAgra Foods. He helped grow some of the most trusted brands in America, including Chef Boyardee, Healthy Choice, Butterball, Van Camps, Manwich, Hunts, Rosarita and La Choy. He also spent time working at ConAgra exclusively on developing new products. Prior to ConAgra, he worked in sales for 5 years at Unilever. Steve’s broad background in marketing, trade marketing, sales and market research gives him the unique ability to understand clients’ strategic objectives and key business issues and develop market research projects that meet their business needs. Steve holds a BA in Business Management from California State University, Fullerton and an MBA from the University of La Verne. Steve lives in Orange County, California with his wife and 3 children. He spends most of his free time managing and coaching his 2 youngest kids' travel soccer teams. He also enjoys skiing, tennis and quality time with his family. |
